(Transcribed from microfilmed copy of original) Saml Oliver Died 19 Augt 1860 Amt of Assets £43:12:6 I Samuel Oliver of Lislane Parish of Balteagh and County of Londonderry being of infirm body but of sound mind and judgment do make this my last Will and Testament and first I leave and bequeath to my well beloved son William at my own death or the death of his mother whoever of us may survive the other all that I posses in land and property after paying to my daughter Matilda Boyd the sum of Ten pounds sterling and also paying to my son Robert and daughter Peggy the sum of five shillings each I appoint as my Executors Mr. John Oliver Cloughan and Rev Samuel Templeton Dated this Twenty fifth day of December one thousand eight hundred and fifty six. P.S. I leave the Smith Shop and commons thereunto belonging also to William Dated 4th day ofAugust one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven. Samuel Oliver, Witness James Forsythe. Robert Oliver. No. 2. In Her Majestys Court of Probate. The District Registry of Londonderry In the Goods of Samuel Oliver deceased. I Robert Oliver of Aghansallagh in the County of Londonderry Farmer make Oath that I am one of the subscribing witnesses to the last Will and Testament of the said Samuel Oliver late of Lislane in the County of Londonderry farmer deceased. The said Will being now hereunto annexed bearing date the fourth day of August One thousand eight hundred and fifty seven and the 25th of December 1856 and that the said Testator executed the said Will on the fourth day of August 1857 by signing his name at the foot or end hereof as the same now appears hereon in the presence of me and of James Forsythe the other subscribed witness thereto – of us being present at the same time and we thereupon attested and subscribed the said Will in the presence of the said Testator and of each other. And I further make Oath that altho said Will was prepared and dated the 25th of December 1856 it was not executed by said Testator until the said 4th of August 1857 and that at the time of said execution the Postscript beginning with the words P.S. I leave and ending with the words “to William” was inserted in said Will. Robert Oliver. Sworn at Londonderry on the 15th day of Augt. 1862 before me and I know Rev S.
